The annual meeting of the Whitetail Bowmen will be held on Monday September 9th, 2019 at the indoor archery range. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. All members are invited to attend.

The agenda will include:

Vote to update Articles of our constitution

Taking bids for mowing at the outdoor and indoor range for 2020

Election of Officers

Officer position that are up for election are:

President, Secretary and Treasurer (the treasurer position is usually filled on even numbered years but that position is vacant at this time.)

Committee Chairs up for election:

Maintenance and Concessions.

Proposed revised Constitution.

The new language added to the constitution is in red and the old language has been struck out. We will go through the revisions of the constitution during the meeting to answer any questions before each article is voted on for approval. The following is our constitution Article on changing the constitution at the Annual Meeting. Article XI-Amendments Section 1: This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the members present at the annual meeting or a special meeting called for this purpose. Section 2: In determining the number of members necessary for amendments of the constitution, each Individual, Family, and Honorary member shall count as one, provided that such family or junior has reached the age of 16. Also included is an information guide to the additional duties of our Officers and Committee Chairs. This is NOT part of our constitution. Only a guide line of responsibilities if you would like to run for that position.
